Three spreadsheets gave three answers.
Avanti Frozen processes 2,500 metric tonnes per month across three plants and nine lines. A planner spent about five hours each week reconciling three spreadsheets. An order could appear possible at one plant and not at another; one in four orders sat in that gap.
Checking the promise before making it.
Neuron checked the order, the line and the material across the plants. Planning and each plant could see the same answer before committing to a delivery. Changeover requirements were included in that plan.
This replaced the planner’s separate reconciliation with a shared feasibility check across the network.
Better delivery performance across the network.
On-time-in-full delivery moved from 63% to 78%, a gain of 15 percentage points. Changeover time moved from 45 minutes to 18 minutes; the planning account reports the five-hour weekly check becoming instant.
Separately, the standalone accounts report revenue rising from ₹1,180.27 crore to ₹1,689.46 crore year on year—about ₹509 crore. This is the accounts result for the three plants, distinct from the operational planning measures.
The comparison behind the result.
| Planning measure | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| On time in full | 63% | 78% |
| Planning check | 5 hours/week | Instant |
| Changeover | 45 min | 18 min |
Three plants, nine lines, one-year planning comparison. Year-on-year revenue is from standalone accounts; it is not presented as revenue caused solely by the planning change.
