Create a Run

Save an instruction to repeat when Workspace sources change.

What it does

A Run uses the same sources and supported checks as Ask. It runs immediately when created, then when a source is uploaded or reconnected.

External polling, schedules, webhook triggers and general policy interpretation are not enabled. Choose an instruction that matches source search or the supported invoice checks.

How to use it

  1. Enter the instruction in the bottom composer.
  2. Choose Run to open the Runs panel.
  3. Review the Run instruction in the panel and select Create a run.
  4. Inspect the initial result. Future results appear in History when context is updated.

Example

“Check every new invoice automatically.” repeats invoice reference, duplicate-ID and amount checks whenever you upload a new invoice export or reconnect another Workspace source. It does not continuously watch an ERP.

What happens next

The saved Run is active. Pause or resume it in Runs. Each execution uses the current snapshots and keeps its own evidence.
