Why review is part of the design
A field can have more than one meaning. Similar names can represent different customers. Policies can contain exceptions. Automation should reduce ontology-building effort while exposing uncertainty, rather than pretending it is absent.
What you can review today
Open source evidence and compare it with the original record. Replace an incorrect or outdated source. Pause a Run while checking a problem. Ask a more specific question using a source reference.
There is no mapping confirmation, identity-merge or relationship-editing interface in this release. These diagrams describe the review model, not controls you can use today.
