Troubleshooting
Resolve source, result and Run problems using the available controls.
No matching passages
Confirm the relevant source is connected to this Workspace. Open it and check the text. Search for a specific invoice ID, order reference or policy phrase. General source search does not infer a conclusion from unrelated words.
Invoice checks return source search
Use the Invoice Review example. Supply invoice_id, po_id and amount for invoices; po_id and amount for purchase orders. Use CSV headers or a JSON array of records. Include “invoice” or “check” in the question.
A source will not connect
Use TXT, Markdown, CSV or JSON below 2 MB and 200,000 text characters. PDF, Word and spreadsheet binaries require a text export. HTTPS endpoints must be public and return a supported response without redirects or authentication.
A Run has no new result
Check that the Run is active. Upload or reconnect a source in the same Workspace. Updating an external system alone does not trigger a Run. Resuming a Run waits for the next source connection.
MCP discovery fails
Check the exact Streamable HTTP endpoint and protocol support. Private credentials, older protocols, tool execution and resource access are not supported. If the discovery response exceeds the size or time limit, expose a smaller response.
The context seems wrong
Inspect Based on X sources and open the saved originals. Replace the source for the relevant context item. Automatic mapping correction is not available, so the canvas does not reinterpret a source after an ambiguous upload.
I cannot open the site
The hosting audience may restrict the preview to its owner. Sign in with the account that has site access. Workspace access still depends on the account that created that Workspace.
