Manage Runs

Pause, resume and review saved instructions.

What it does

A Run is Active when its switch is on and Paused when off. Paused Runs remain saved. These are the two states available in this release.

How to use it

  1. Open Runs in the Workspace sidebar.
  2. Turn the switch off to pause an instruction, or on to resume it.
  3. After resuming, upload or reconnect a source to trigger the next check.
  4. Open History and select View result for a saved execution.

Example

Pause an invoice Run while correcting an export. Reconnect the corrected source, then resume the Run and reconnect once more when you are ready to check it.

What happens next

Pausing and resuming are saved in History. To change an instruction, pause the old Run and create another; editing and deleting Runs are not available yet.
